Byron Rainforest Bures

The Floating Pavilion

This pavilion styled residence floats high above the rainforest which drops to Wilson’s Creek a short stroll below. Directly in front of the pavilion, wallabies graze on the grass in the evenings; koalas sit in the trees and bush turkeys scurry by. Down in the river below water dragon’s plunge and platypus go about their morning and evening rituals.

The hexagonal, open plan living and kitchen area features large barn door fridge, LCD screen, Xbox and rotating red leather circular lounge. The room is lit by a magnificent red cedar canoe suspended from the ceiling. Original art pieces and global antiques complete this truly unique room.

Privacy is ensured for guests by the stand alone master bedroom and the two bedroom en suite cottage. Drop down café styled awnings ensure the decks can be enjoyed throughout the year. While the sunken spa and adjacent out door shower framed by a Nepalese door ensure a totally unique wash.
